Can I buy on the Web?

If you do not have a nearby point of sale, you can place your orders directly on our website, both seeds and merch. Select the items you want, fill in the details and when we receive the order *, you will receive a purchase confirmation email, followed by the tracking number.

Shipments are made worldwide?

Ripper Seeds wants its products to reach the whole world *, but they must review the laws of their country before ordering to avoid illegalities.

* Except Argentina and Brazil for problems with customs.

Order Tracking

Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email *, followed by confirmation when the order leaves our warehouses.

The delivery of your order is guaranteed through a tracking number that you will receive by e-mail and that will allow you to directly track the order through the carrier’s website.

How long will my package arrive?

If you choose private courier for national shipments it will take 24 to 48 hours, within Europe the shipments will be between 2 to 4 business days and for international shipments it will take between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the country.

You need to provide us with a contact telephone number for the transport agency, so it will be easier for you to deliver. In case you are not at the time of delivery, the transport agency will leave you a notice * so you can contact them.

* In case you do not receive a notice, look at the tracking or check with the courier.

Customs

If the shipment is returned to our warehouses for any reason without being able to be delivered, we offer our customers two options:

– New shipment of the order. The new shipping costs must be paid again by the customer, provided that Ripper Seed has not been responsible for the impossibility of delivery.

– Money back. If the customer no longer wishes to receive the order, he can request a refund of the purchase amount except for the shipping costs, since it has been made and, therefore, must be paid.

Package Return

Orders can be returned to our warehouse primarily for two reasons:

Wrong shipping address: If the address has been entered incorrectly by the customer, an email will be sent to provide us with the correct address. In the event that the error was ours, the shipment will be made again for free. In the event that the customer has entered his address incorrectly, he must pay the second shipment.

-Expired delivery time or unclaimed product: It is important that the customer track the order tracking to know where it is. If after a few days you have not received any notice, or if for some reason a notice has not been left, it is best to consult the courier office.

If this happens, we have two options: it is sent again, with separate shipping or the payment is returned.

What is your return policy?

If you wish to return items purchased on our website, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. To make a return you need to have the item in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

If you have purchased different products with different delivery times in the same order, the return period will expire 14 days after receipt of the last product of the order.

My item is damaged or defective, what should I do?

The item will be replaced or we will pay you the money. For any return you must keep the original container in perfect condition and your order number. We will refund the cost of shipping the defective product to our offices

Is the transport included in the price of the items?

No, the price of transport is not included and you will be informed when your order is finished. The amount will vary by location and weight.

Shipment Sender

Given the policies in the different countries, we have been forced to have international shipments as a name of origin, a particular one, so if you ever receive a package with our address and in the name of an individual, it is us.

Our address will always be, Calle Viladomat, 202 08205 Sabadell (BCN), Spain.

In the case of shipments within Europe the name that will come out is Black Friday SL.
